BIRDS OF PREY PREMIERS THIS FRIDAY

If you’re a fan of the DCEU then I’m sure you’re eagerly awaiting the premiere of the movie “Birds Of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn)” this Friday. The film will feature Margot Robbie reprising her role as Harley Quinn alongside Ewan McGregor as the movies’ villain, Roman Sionis otherwise known as Black Mask. To many people’s surprise (yet…relief), Jared Leto will not reappear as the Joker, however fans would like to hear that the joker is now being replaced by Harley Quinn’s pet Hyenas.

In addition to Robbie and McGregor, Birds Of Prey will also feature the likes of Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Scott Pilgrim vs The World) as Huntress, the daughter of a murdered mob boss, as well as Jurnee Smollet-Bell (Friday Night Lights) as Black Canary. The Movie will also feature Rosie Perez (Pineapple Express) as Renee Montoya who later dawns the identity of “The Question” after her mentor Charles Victor Zsasz (Not tot be confused with Victor Zsasz who is played by Chris Messina in the film) retires from that role.

The plot revolves around a girl called Cassandra Cain (played by Ella Jay Basco) who steals a jewel from Roman Sionis and she later finds her way to Harley Quinn and the four other lead characters later cross paths and team up to defeat Roman Sionis. According to Margot Robbie, her vision for the movie is styled in the fashion of the original Charlie’s Angels and, from the trailer I’m sure we can count on ‘Birds Of Prey’ to be just as action packed.
