Producer Jack Giarraputo, co-founder of Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison Productions, has listed his 40 acres of undeveloped Malibu hillside fro $31.5 million. According to property records, Giarraputo has owned the land since 2003. Currently he has developed plans over the past year as a “passion project” of developing the land into a horse ranch property.
According to Listing Agent Tracy Tutor, It is to be called “Sweetwater Ranch”. The listing had recently been put on the market on Friday featuring 14 acres of flat land with a 10,750 square foot ranch house, to be built on it, inspired by the rustic wineries of California. The mansion will feature 7 bedrooms, a Zen-like reflection pool, a 75 foot infinity pool, a guest house and a sports bar. This is including 3 separate horse stables and a modernized barn.
Tutor was quoted by Variety as having said this: “He designed every corner as if he were actually going to live in it himself,” she was noted as having asked Giarraputo on many occasions: “Is that for you or are we selling this?”
Development on this massive compound will likely occur next year according to the Tudor.
