The cult RPG League of Legends was announced by Riot Games that the upcoming League of Legends: Wild Rift will be playable on the iPhone 12 later this year. Until recently LoLhas only been tested on Android devices. The game “Wild Rift” will be utilizing the phone’s upgrades, primarily the 5G capabilities and the new A14 Bionic chip.
Riot Games executive producer Michael Chow had this to say:
“[The A14 Bionic chip] allows us to show off champions like Ash, with a brand new level of fidelity that you can’t find on any other platform,”
The 5G capabilities of the iPhone 12 as well as the 15% improved speed and battery life of the A14 chip will let the League of Legends: Wild Rift game run on this next-gen device. The game will be released alongside the iPhone 12 as well as Android later in the year.
