SUPERBAD CAST REUNITES FOR REUNION AND WATCH PARTY TO BENEFIT WISCONSIN DEMOCRATIC PARTY

The cult 2000’s stoner comedy Superbad was arguably the biggest movie of its time and to this day still carries with it a great deal of loyal fans. Now, given the current political climate of 2020, a reunion of the Superbad cast alongside a watch party for the film has been announced by Jonah Hill & Seth Rogen, who also played a cop with Bill Hader in the film.

Wisconsin Democratic Party chair, Ben Wikler had this to say about the reunion:

“We are thrilled to have the cast of Superbad join us in the fight to defeat our super awful president,” He said, “With the help of our talented guests, we know that we can win this election for Wisconsin and for the country. Laugh with us as we raise the funds and mobilize the volunteers we need to finish this race strong.”

The event is sponsored by the Wisconsin Democratic Party and attendance can be gained via a donation “of any amount”. According to a press release, all money gained through this event will be given towards Democratic party causes.

The event also features cast members: Michael Cera, Evan Goldberg, Martha MacIsaac, Judd Apatow, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Greg Mottola. It’s scheduled for Oct 27.
