Since Riot Forge, the sister company of Riot Games announced the upcoming game ‘Ruined King: A League of Legends Story’ back in December, not much else was revealed about the project, though now a trailer for the game has just been dropped.
With the trailer, Riot Forge offers a more thorough look into the game based on the popular MOBA game. Ruined King will be set in the League Of Legends world and is set in 2 specific areas of Runeterra: The first is a port town called Bilgewater and the second is a cursed area called the Shadow Isles. The goal of the game is to defeat an enigmatic adversary known as the Ruined King. Players must party up with a group of League of Legends champions that includes Illaoi, Yasuo, Pyke, Miss Fortune, Ahri and Braum.
Riot Forge, in addition to the trailer made a confirmation to the fans, that the game will be available to many console platforms including PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PS4. There will also be optimized next-gen console compatible editions of the game “soon thereafter”.
Ruined King: A League of Legends Story is expected to be released in early 2021. You can check out the trailer down below.
