And so the saga continues…
The legal battles in lieu of Dr. Dre’s separation from his (ex) wife, Nicole Young are rather numerous including a prenup dispute, multimillion spousal support requests, abuse allegations and allegations of embezzlement. This week, the suits continue with a legal request from Young to provide any paperwork that implicates Dre in any paternity action. That is to say, he needs to hand over any papers that prove he fathered any kids with anyone other than Young during the course of her marriage to Dr. Dre. However, no evidence has been submitted (if it exists at all).
The request comes roughly a week following the revelation that Dre’s ex wife was attempting to subpoena 3 alleged mistresses of Dre. According to sources, the filing seeks to depose artists Crystal Sierra & Jillian Speer, in addition to skin care entrepreneur Kili Anderson. The 3 of them are making attempts to keep their distance form the constantly escalating legal war claiming that they have no evidence relevant to the pre-nuptial agreement, neither confirming or denying any relationship with Dr. Dre.
Women’s attorney Kris LaFan released a statement that reads: “Any extra marital affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible,”
