For trashing an L.A. home, Tyga will be facing yet another lawsuit.
Tyga’s landlord said that he refused to pay his rent, which totaled up to $32,000 USD following his exit from the property back in April. The landlord also makes the claim that the rapper damaged the marble floors & counters which adds on an additional $15,575 USD on top of gouges made to the kitchen floors costing $27,650 USD and the cost to repair the walls which is an extra $103,160.
It was also reported that Tyga installed a basketball hoop in the driveway that caused damage to the driveway itself as well as installing new locks that broke the entry door. The installations were made without the permission of the landlord.
The issue was supposed to be settled via mediation back in May, though Tyga refused to figure it out. Tyga’s landlord is now suing for contract violation and is looking for damages amounting to $200,000 USD.
