In light of their upcoming 40th anniversary World Tour collection, the streetwear brand Stüssy has joined forces with designers such as Rick Owens and Virgil Abloh to assist in the collection’s creation.
Designers Martine Rose, Takahiro Miyashita, Rick Owns, Marc Jacobs and Virgil Abloh were assigned to redesign and re-imagine the Stüssy “World Tour” tee shirt adding their own creative touch to the brand classic. A few months ago, Abloh posted a design teaser on social media.

The different cities that have been touched by Stüssy across the world over its 40-year run are meant-to-be represented. Marc Jacobs will be representing New York, Takahiro Miyashita will represent Tokyo, Abloh will be repping Los Angeles as opposed to Chicago and Martine Rose will be representing London.
Stüssy’s 40th anniversary World Tour collection will be available at stussy.com, Dover Street Market and Chapter Stores on Friday, November 20.
