It appears that both Michael Strahan and Wiz Khalifa are being sued by one of their business partners at Khalifa Kush.
According to sources, Carlos Arias, who is director and management of Cuzzi Consulting Inc. makes the claim that he was denied ant interest from the company’s profits that also includes a cannabis licensing deal that has a $20,000,000 USD valuation. Currently it’s not transparent as to how much Arias is seeking in damages via the lawsuit, though it was stated by Arias that both Khalifa and Strahan stole assets valued at $100,000,000 USD from not allowing him to be involved in the cannabis business’ negotiations.
The documents allege that both the rapper and football star have been engaging in “wrongful conduct concerning the usurpation and misappropriation of assets” with regards to Khalifa Kush. It was also claimed that all 3 of them had an agreement in place which had been breached by Strahan and Khalifa by cutting arias out of the profits via “civil conspiracy” against him.
