The legal issues facing Kodak Black are getting increasingly more difficult to get out of. That being the case, he’s going for broke on his most serious charge, that being the federal weapons case on which he’s currently in prison for. That being said, he’s reaching out to current President Donald Trump so he can gain a pardon on the charges as the president transitions out of office.
Kodak made the promise that he would donate $1 million USD to charity, provided that Trump pardoned him on the weapons charge. Kodak posted the Tweet in a capitalized style on his campaign to be freed by the outgoing president.
If The President Them Free Me , I’m Gonna Spend 1 million on Charity within The First Year I’m Out. That’s on Everything ‼️

Trump has quite the track record when it comes to presidential pardons whethr it’s symbolic pardons such as the suffragette Susan B. Anthony or the boxer Jack Johnson, or the pardoning of advisors such as Michael Flynn and Roger Stone.
