Many U.S. customers that have recently purchased the new iPhone 12 have grown discontented with their purchase considering that the battery life of the phone drains too quickly.
Sources report that one user of the iPhone 12 posted on Apple’s Support Community that the battery for their iPhone 12 Pro was too short, even when placing it in standby mode estimated to be draining at 4% per hour. Another use said to the Apple community that he was experiencing a similar issue, even after he shut off the 5G, in addition to all background apps, stating that even switching to low-power mode didn’t even remotely help. Many of the users are seeking to figure out what the inherent cause of the battery draining is, and one user believes that it may have been the SIM card installed in the device, considering after he removed the SIM card the battery automatically stopped the drainage. Other sources believe that the cause of the issue is another iOS glitch.
