Post Malone, rapper, Crocs collaborator and now…wine connoisseur. Post Malone has just announced his Maison No. 9 French rosé wine is on its way (in limited quantities) to England.
Following the U.S. release back in May, the wine is scheduled for a release in England later on in the week. Made in collaboration with Dre London and Global Brand Equities’ James Morrissey, Mason No. 9 was created from Malone’s adoration of the Mediterranean lifestyle and rosé, as well as the idea to provide the best-in class wine. This release is also speculated to be another heavy hitting move for Post Malone. Back at the U.S. release in May, Malone was able to sell 50,000 bottles in oly 2 days. Malone had this to say on the wine: “Rosé is for when you want to get a little fancy… It’s a nice switch up and I have been thinking about doing my own wine for a while. It was great to work with Global Brand Equities because they saw the vision and we got to do some super cool stuff. Maison No. 9 goes down smooth, and you’re all going to love it!”
Maison No. 9 is a 2019 Méditerranée IGP made up of 45% Grenache Noir, 25% Cinsault, 15% Syrah & 15% Merlot that culminate to provide a light & soft “Provencal Pink” coloring. The rapper states that the wine is smooth, providing fruity notes of pear, strawberry and pineapple in addition to a slither of French desserts.
The Maison No. 9 Rosé will be made available in 3L, 1.5L and 750ML retailing for £99 GBP, £40 GBP & £16.99 GBP respectively, which is the rough equivalent of $90 USD, $45 USD & $22 USD. The wine is set-to-be released on December 17th at 12 p.m. GMT on the dedicated U.K. webstore.
