The Japanese branch of DC Comics has combined forces with Kodansha Comics for 2 brand new manga series that are centered on Batman and The Joker.
With regards to Bataman, the manga titled “Batman Justice Buster” will be made by Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi of Linebarrels of Iron & Ultraman. The series will be launching in Kodansha’s Morning magazine of the 24th of December, during a combined 4th and 5th issue. As for The Joker series, the iconic “Clown Prince of Crime” will be getting a new Wanope Joker series written by Satoshi Miyakawa and illustrated by Keisuke Gotō. The Wanope Joker series will be launching in Kodansha Comics’ 6th 2021 issue on Jan. 7th following the launch of Batman Justice Buster and will then be featured on Kodansha’s Comic Days Website.
