Sake, an LA-based brand built by the now deceased Jack Phoenix that has been largely inspired by graffiti art is bringing a new angle to its business with the upcoming game “Sakeworld”. Sakeworld has reportedly been in development for a total of 3 years and will bring the legacy of Jack Phoenix into the next generation featuring his pastimes, art and his adoration of music.
Pheonix, as a fan Nintendo, in addition to being a fan of the classic beat ’em up games would be proud to see his signature graffiti characters come to life in this vintage-inspired video game. Phoenix’s world of graffiti art acts as the homestead for a myriad of un-anticipated personalities of his characters which features aliens, rappers, rabbit man junkies and a pt-smoking Jesus with a medial marijuana card. Players have the option to play as rappers such as Trippie Red, Yung Bans, Chief Keef, D Savage or Rucci as they wipe the streets clan of a slew of distinctive bosses.
The game’s official soundtrack also elevates Sakeworld to a brand new level, featuring songs from 600 Breezy, Hoodrich Pablo Juan, Yung Bans, Rucci, Drakeo The Ruler, Chief Keef, D Savage, Fenix Flexin, Yung Weej, White John, and many more. Over the next few months new tracks will be added with the first coming from 600 Breezy. You can check out the promo down below:
