BBC’s hit-series Peaky Blinders is allegedly ending after the upcoming Sixth installment, which is currently in its filming phase. Though, the series creator Steven Knight hinted that the tale would ‘continue in another form.’
As reported by Deadline, the fifth season of Peaky Blinders smashed all the records on BBC One. The filming of the sixth season was slated to start in 2020, but due to the state of the COVID-19 pandemic, the shooting was postponed till further notice. With things getting back to normal, the Shooting for the 6th season is in its full force while following the strict COVID-19 guidelines.
The series creator, steven knight, hyped the fans on the upcoming part of Peaky Blinders stating, “Peaky is back and with a bang,” said Knight. “After the enforced production delay due to the Covid pandemic, we find the family in extreme jeopardy, and the stakes have never been higher. We believe this will be the best series of all and are sure that our amazing fans will love it. While the TV series will be coming to an end, the story will continue in another form.”
