How Much Tech-Giant employees actually earn from ‘Work from home?’

As per the reports from a community poll on Blind, Around 42 percent of employees from 42 well-respected tech companies, Tend to work 1-4 hours on a ‘serious note,’ which we can term as ‘Legit work.’

30 percent of employees reported that their schedule measured around the standard (seven to 10 hours per day), whereas 27 percent of tech workers reported five to six-hour days, 31 percent reported three to four hours, and 11 percent are clocking one to two hours of work.

Interestingly, the poll was started by a user who asked his fellow workers,” how many real hours of work do you put in each day?” on the platform named Blind: a community platform where 3.5 million employees across various professional sectors worldwide communicate anonymously about company culture, salary information and related news.

Notable comments from employees of Big Online MNC like Amazon and read, “Amazon requires at least 10 hours a day, with exceptions and maybe less work on Fridays or more work on weekends. I’m working way more during COVID-19, calendar’s full-back to back, leadership is asking for more.” At the same time, Other employees didn’t lag in acknowledging their frustration related to work-from-home. “A Facebook employee’s to-do list seems comparatively sparse: “If meetings count then 9-10. If they do not…<1,” a Facebook employee wrote in a comment.
