As Variety reported, Armie Hammer will not be acting in the offer, an upcoming Paramount plus series that also pulls the curtains on the Making of ‘The Godfather.’
Hammer had been tapped for the role of Godfather producer Al Ruddy. The series gives us an in-depth look at the making of 1972, briefing us on Ruddy’s experience on the popular film. The real-life Ruddy works as an executive producer in the 10-episode series. It is still not acknowledged that who will be the lead actor in the absence of Hammer.
Earlier in the month, The actor opted out from the romcom film Shotgun wedding, which stars Jennifer Lopez. Hammer’s exclusion from these two upcoming entertainment prospects follows the news of several leaked messages reportedly sent by the actor from the span of 2016 to 2020.
Rumors sparks that Hammer’s exclusion from these two projects must have some leaked-messages scandal connection behind it. The talented actor faces a lot of stress from this online-attack against him, and the effects of the attack are apparently affecting his work.
