Nike’s Air Turned Max, Originally Debuted in 1999, has finally got the Retro-vaccine that the silhouette needed the most. The Nostalgic Sneaker has been give a classic “Midnight Navy” touch as a nod to its two-decade heritage.
The shoe consists of a relatively sleek build that slimly tapers off around the toecap. Bright blue rubber colorblocks appear at the tongue, rear quarter, heel, and forefoot, further accompanied by arched silver-toned entanglements covering the sidewalls. A tiny orange mini-churn appears at the heel and tongue tag, while gray neoprene collars offer sufficient cushioning. All of these details are complemented with a crisp white midsole and set of laces, rounded off by a thin translucent Air sole unit.
As of Now, No release date for the Rethro-theme silhouette is released, but Nike’s Air Tuned Max “Midnight Navy” is expected to land soon on Nike’s website for $170 USD.
