As Fans pay homage to one of Brooklyn’s Finest, Pop Smoke, on his first death anniversary, ‘Bored being a toy’ has released a fluffy plushy toy representation of the late rapper.
Rising the ranks and charts in his short career, Pop Smoke got famous with his hit single “Welcome to the Party” back in 2019; Pop Smoke was slowly becoming a force to reckon with, signing multiple contracts with top labels like Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records. Shortly after releasing his mixtape Meet the Woo 2, The rapper’s bright career was brought to an end when he was fatally shot during a home invasion in Los Angeles, February 19, 2020.
Pop Smoke’s Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon posthumous debut studio album was released July 3, 2020, with executive production from 50 Cent. The toy released by ‘Bored Being a toy’ celebrates the legacy that the Brooklyn naive left behind.
