Luxury Brand LVMH has just announced a collaboration with Rap Legend Jay-Z. Bernard Arnault’s LVMH is slated to be taking over 50% ownership of the Armand de Brignac champagne brand through its Moët Hennessy wines and spirits division. A Statement released described the acquisition as “a shared vision between Moët Hennessy and Shawn JAY-Z Carter for the future of this iconic Maison.” Although, Price LVMH paid and other details of the detail have been kept confidential.
On this occasion, Jazzy himself released a statement throwing some light on the Partnership, detailing the deal’s early conversations with Alexandre Arnault. “It is a partnership that has felt familiar the entire time,” JAY-Z’s announcement read. “We are confident that the sheer power of the Moët Hennessy global distribution framework, its unparalleled portfolio strength, and its long-established track record of excellence in developing luxury brands will give Armand de Brignac the commercial power it needs; to grow and flourish even further.”
