Travis Scott aims to bring food to almost 50,000 Houston residents affected by the Texas Winter Storm.
The rapper’s Cactus Jack Foundation will be joining hands with the city of Houston to build an emergency food program that will prepare 50,000 hot meals for city residents impacTexas’s Texas’ chilling weather conditions. Mayor Sylvester Turner, the Houston Health Foundation, and Scott’s foundation are working closely with local organizations to make this happen.
According to the press release, meals will be provided to the city’s most backward regions and poor people. This program’s eligible residents must be senior citizens, disabled people, unemployed, low-income, or homebound individuals who live within a high-priority ZIP code.
