Nike has just launched its brand-new collection to the Air-max line. Advertised as the Air Max Genome, the shoe carries a smooth, tapered build that comes with some hi-tech materials. The newest colorways are “Turquoise” and “Bubble Gum.”
The material used in the making of shoes is a mix of perforated leather and rubber overlays. Net panels appear at the tongue, heel, and toebox, offering sufficient breathability everywhere to the uppers. “AIR MAX” branding comes with the shoe’s pull tab, while a strong leather Swoosh is stitched onto the sidewalls. Finally, the shoe appears with a clean white midsole, provided with a transparent full-length Air sole unit and a Free Run-style rubber outsole.
Though no official announcement has been confirmed, Nike’s Air Max Genome “Turquoise” and “Bubble Gum” are set to release Nike’s website for USD 170 in the coming weeks.
