“Continuing our love for the quality indie games, we are happy to bring Krystopia for the players on Nintendo Switch,” says Managing Director Ranbeer Hora at Godspeed Games. For those unaware, Krystopia is a room-inspired puzzle adventure game crafted by Antler Interactive and currently available on iOS, Android, and Steam on PC.
In partnership with Antler Interactive, Godspeed Games is working to bring Krystopia: A Puzzle Journey to the Nintendo Switch with a release date on March 25, 2021, on the Nintendo eShop. The Nintendo Switch version of the game will take full advantage of the console’s control options providing players with immersive and more accessibility options, according to Ranbeer Hora.
Godspeed Games also stated that players could use the right Joy-Con like a Wii Remote for pointer-based controls. However, this is only possible while the Nintendo Switch is in tabletop mode or docked with the TV.
The game uses the Unity engine and is a Steam version port with minimal differences across platforms. The Switch version comes close to iOS and Android versions since it allows gameplay with touch.
